Player Registration

2023-24 REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Our Deaf/HOH program consists of players with 3 different experiences. These steps are for players new to hockey or have never played.

New Players (never played)

STEP 1

Fill out New Player Information Form. If you have not received a USA Hockey Confirmation number within 5 days of completing this form, please email rkrajews@gmail.com and let him know that you need your number.

STEP 2

Complete USA Hockey SafeSport Training if 17 and older. Skip this step if under 17 and proceed to step 3.

On the first page of the registration you will be prompted to create one. When this step is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
