Volunteer Registration
COACH, MANAGER, VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION IS COMING SOON FOR 2026-27 SEASON
Coaches, managers and volunteers must be registered with USA Hockey (which is free) and also complete Safesport and a background check.
All diversified hockey coaches must be level 1 certified (1 time only for diversified hockey programs) and must complete the USA Disabled Hockey coaching module. Please follow the process outlined below.
ALL COACHES/MANAGERS/VOLUNTEERS MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE PROCESS PRIOR TO STEPPING ONTO THE ICE FOR ANY PRACTICES OR GAMES.

STEP 1
Complete USA Hockey Registration and SafeSport Training if 17 and older.
STEP 2
Create a SportsEngine account.
On the first page of the registration you will be prompted to create one.
When this step is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
This is where ALL practices and events are posted. This is where you RSVP that you are going or not going to practice for planning purposes.
It is essential that you utilize this app and RSVP to each event you plan to participate in.
STEP 3
Complete USA Hockey Background Screening.
STEP 4
Fill out Volunteer Information Form. COMING SOON!
STEP 5 (Coaches only)
Complete USA Disabled Hockey Coaching Module/Deaf-HOH Module.

Log in or create a log in profile.

Click on the Coaching E-learning button.

Once there, search for the Disabled modules.

Complete both Main and Deaf/HOH modules.
(Can save and close, does not need to be completed all at one time.)
